What areas of the Costa del Sol do you cover?
We operate along the Costa del Sol from Estepona to Sotogrande, with a particular focus on Estepona, Casares, Manilva, Sotogrande and San Roque.
How quickly can you activate my property?
Live in 20 days, once your property is licensed and ready. If it needs preparation first, we give you a timeline after our visit.
Which platforms do you use for bookings?
We list properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and CostaAurea.com.
Do you handle maintenance and repairs?
Yes. Small repairs during a visit are included, up to a time limit set in your agreement. Larger work goes to trusted local professionals, at cost, with no margin and no markup, and nothing above an agreed amount goes ahead without your approval.
What happens in an emergency?
If there is an immediate risk of damage or to safety, we act without waiting and tell you straight after. In any other urgent situation, you are informed within 24 hours.
Can I transition from Estate Care to Asset Management?
Yes. Many owners start with Estate Care and move to Asset Management when they are ready to rent. The care of your property carries on without interruption.
